What's this about then?

I wanted to write the simplest possible web photo album, and I came up with this: a single PHP file and a stylesheet. No messing about with configuration files, databases, anything of that kind, just drop your pictures in a directory, run a script and you're in business (OK, there is a configuration file but it's entirely possible to run sinaps without ever looking at it)
